Welcome to The Roadford House Restaurant

We welcome you to the Roadford House Restaurant & Accommodation where you are guaranteed a warm and hospitable welcome at all times by the Sheedy family. We are situated in the heart of Doolin Village in County Clare - famous for it's nightly traditional music sessions and craic. Our serene and private enclave is just a short walk to the music pubs of McGanns' and McDermotts', renowned for traditional music. Our Restaurant is open each evening from 6pm to 9pm for our a la carte menu. Early bird fixed menu 6pm - 7pm. Closed Monday evenings for dinner. Top 10 Best Newcomer in 2007 by Georgina Campbell. Husband and wife team, Frank and Marian Sheedy are very pleased to have recently taken the reins at Roadford House. Both have many years experience in the catering business and are best known for their years at Ballinalacken Castle. Chef Frank Sheedy has great experience and extensive training both at home and abroad. Frank's modern cooking is in the international style, is based firmly on the freshest of local ingredients with a special emphasis on fish dishes and fresh lobster.   Marian Sheedy has years of experience in catering and is on hand to offer advice on food and wine choices. She guarantees friendly and personal service from her staff.

Roadford House Accommodation has four bedrooms - 3 double en-suite with great views of the Cliffs of Moher and one family room also en-suite. Private car parking provided for all our guests. Both Frank and Marian were born in the area and have a wealth of local knowledge on the best places to visit and things to do. They are happy to help you plan your days during your visit. Roadford House is the ideal base from which to explore the Burren, Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands, Doolin Cave, Loop Head, Bunratty, Ailwee Caves, Pol na Bron Dolmen, Burren Interpretative centre, Galway City, Connemara and many more.....
