Frank Sheedy
(owner and chef ) has been honoured with great critical
acclaim for his culinary skills both in guide books and
in the press - most recently during his time at
Ballinalacken Castle Hotel (1998 -2005 inclusive).
He also worked in Ashford Castle and abroad during his
former years.
He and his wife Marian together with their two
children, Blathnaid and Jack, moved to Roadford
House Restaurant in April of 2007.
